Ordering, paying and getting help
- Free shipping on orders of ₹999 or more, with delivery all over India.
- Pay your way: UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay, or cash when the parcel arrives for orders up to ₹10,000.
- Something wrong in the box? If a product turns up damaged, leaking, expired, or in the wrong shade, tell us from My orders within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
- Live order status. My account shows where each order is, from the moment it is confirmed to the doorstep.
