Face Tech Liquid Matte Lipstick is a lightweight liquid formula that dries to a velvety finish with rich, full coverage. It feels comfortable and non-drying while resisting smudging, fading and cracking. Exfoliate and prime lips first, line the edges with the precise applicator, fill in, and avoid pressing lips together until it sets.
