REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At XYBLENOX SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. This policy explains the cancellation, return and refund process for purchases made through https://xyblenox.com/.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION
1.1 Customer Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped/dispatched.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
- To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at xyblenoxservices@gmail.com or +91-9109-292-702.
- If the cancellation is approved, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.
1.2 Cancellation by XYBLENOX
We may cancel an order due to:
- Product being unavailable
- Payment failure
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Pricing or technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent or unusual activity
If we cancel a prepaid order, the eligible amount will be refunded.
2. RETURN POLICY
Returns may be accepted for products that are:
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrectly delivered
- Missing from the order
- Received in defective condition
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, tested or tampered cosmetics/beauty products may not be eligible for return, except where the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Return requests should be raised within the applicable return period mentioned on the product/order page.
3. RETURN CONDITIONS
For an eligible return:
- Product should be unused, wherever applicable.
- Original packaging should be retained.
- Product should not be altered or tampered with.
- Order/invoice details may be required.
- Customers may be asked to provide clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.
All returned products may be subject to verification/quality inspection before a refund is approved.
4. REFUNDS
Refunds may be issued for:
- Approved eligible returns
- Cancelled prepaid orders
- Failed or duplicate payments
- Orders cancelled by XYBLENOX
Refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method used for the order.
For COD orders, where a refund is approved, we may request valid bank account/UPI details to process the refund.
5. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once a refund is approved, it is generally processed within 5–7 working days.
The actual time for the amount to appear in your bank account, card, UPI or other payment method may vary depending on the payment gateway and financial institution.
6. DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Order ID
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the outer packaging
- Unboxing video, where available
After verification, we may offer an appropriate resolution such as replacement, return or refund, subject to the circumstances of the case.
7. FAILED OR DUPLICATE PAYMENTS
If your payment has been deducted but the order was not successfully created, the amount is generally reversed by the payment gateway or bank.
If the amount is not received within the applicable banking/payment-gateway timeline, contact us with your transaction/reference details so we can assist you.
8. NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS
A return or refund may not be approved where:
- The product has been used or opened, except in cases of confirmed defect/damage.
- The product has been altered or tampered with.
- Original packaging is significantly damaged or missing.
- The return request is outside the applicable return period.
- The issue is caused by improper storage or use after delivery.
- The product does not meet the applicable return conditions.
